Condition Analysis

The ultimate success of any repair project begins with proper surface preparation, planning and attention to detail. We strictly adhere to ICRI and ACI guidelines:

  • Remove all the loose or delaminated concrete above the oxidized rebar

  • Provide a minimum of ¾ inch of clearance between rebar and surrounding concrete

  • Replace the reinforcement that has lost 25% of its original diameter

  • Saw cut the edges of repair area

  • Condition the surface to accept repair material
