Condition Analysis

The ultimate success of any repair project begins with proper surface preparation, planning and attention to detail. We strictly adhere to ICRI guidelines:

  • Remove all loose or delaminated concrete above oxidized rebar
  • Provide minimum ¾ inch clearance between rebar and surrounding concrete
  • Replace reinforcement that has lost 25% of its original diameter
  • Saw cut edges of repair area
  • Condition surface to accept repair material
