Condition Analysis
The ultimate success of any repair project begins with proper surface preparation, planning and attention to detail. We strictly adhere to ICRI guidelines:
- Remove all loose or delaminated concrete above oxidized rebar
- Provide minimum ¾ inch clearance between rebar and surrounding concrete
- Replace reinforcement that has lost 25% of its original diameter
- Saw cut edges of repair area
- Condition surface to accept repair material
